We've all been to ATX whether it was a guys trip, catch a concert

or just to hit six street. Well for all the dads and

families out there don't feel like ATX is off the grid.

From all the family friendly hiking trails

and water holes to take a dip in. This might

be one of my favorite places to go to with my kiddo!

4. Galveston, TX

Our shore side had to make the list right?! My family and I

love Galveston, there is so much history and culture of Texas

there it's a trip we try and make often. Feeling the sea breeze

brush against your skin and have letting the cool water

splash against your legs is worth the trip alone.

There are plenty of mom and pop restaurants to dine

at to get  your fill of sea and Mexican food. and The newly revamped

Sea Side Board  walk is a fun place to let the kids run around

 and enjoy some carnival games.

5. Fort Worth, Texas

Fort Worth and Dallas are neighboring cities,

but the culture difference is almost night and day. Fort Worth's hold on the western

culture is no doubt one of the greatest attributes of this remarkable

city. Watching the cattle drive in the Stockyards is

an attraction that brings visitors from around the world! Besides this

amazing site Fort Worth offers plenty of

family fun which includes the famous Fort Worth Zoo.
